1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Weather Index (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Weather Index is a weather forecast comparison application that aggregates data from multiple third-party weather sources. The Service is provided “as is” for informational purposes only. Weather Index does not guarantee the accuracy of any forecast data.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features are available through paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) resell or redistribute forecast data obtained through the Service.

6. Third-Party Data

Weather data is sourced from third-party providers. Weather Index is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of third-party data. Third-party services may have their own terms and conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Weather Index and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on weather forecast data.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
